The Company has kept close links with most of the vessels that we have been involved with during construction or refit, and now supply them with spares and equipment, often shipping goods worldwide at short notice. In the last few years we have also been involved in the collation and binding of Manufacturer's Manuals for onboard use, the preparation of Systems' Operations Manuals, and 'As Fitted' drawings.
Further, we have collated maintenance requirements for all machinery and equipment,including deck gear, finally producing a computerised planned maintenance programme for vessels. This includes spares kept on board, their locations, and spares required, to carry out the service procedures. The programme also produces a shopping list of spares required, as they are used.
Suppliers of Equipment
We sell a standard range of flexibly mounted baseplants, designed by ourselves and used for pumps, electric motors, and most smaller items of reciprocating equipment, requiring anti-vibration mounts.
The Company has, for many years, been a spares stockist for Cleghorn & Waring Pumps/Jabsco products. We are also stockists for Evesco Diaphragm Pumps.
We have built up a large library/database of equipment suppliers and products, which enables us to source, purchase and ship world wide, most items of yacht equipment quickly and efficiently.
